The Kings of Queens meet the King of Beers

The boys got an up-close look at the Budweiser Clydsdales as they filmed a recent commercial in our neighborhood.

The boys took a double take as we strolled down the street.

Look behind you :)

A family photo while the horses took a lunch break. (Thanks Frank for taking this pic).

Owen got up-close and personal with the Bud Dalmation, "Jr". Or rather, Jr. got up-close and personal with Owen's foot :)

Lounging Around

Just a lazy weekend at home. Actually Daddy gave Mommy most of the weekend off; Feeding, diapering and playing the days away, while Mommy went to the movies. What a guy!

Daddy and Owen share a popscicle.

Followed by a short nap.

Luke with a very refreshed looking Mum.

And a happy Luke, after his bath.

We Have Visitors

The boys' Aunt Kak and cousin Ryan visited the Big Apple over the weekend.

Here's Aunt Kak, cousin Ryan and Luke posing in front of Lady Liberty.

Ryan got to experience the many culinary delights of NYC and he even used chopsticks.

Amy took this pic last week. (DISCLAIMER: No need to worry, the boys no longer sleep in this crib. This picture was taken for entertainment purposes only!)

More New Adventures

We've been expanding the boys' horizons lately. And they've certainly been doing their best to learn and grow as fast as they can.

REAL New Yorkers - eating bagels!

What's this?!

Ah, frozen bananas. Not too bad.

Imagine our surprise when we caught Owen mastering his own new trick - standing in his crib!

My Greek Sons...

Today we went to the Greek Independence Day parade and the boys had a blast celebrating their Greek heritage.

Here they are with their dad and their Greek flag.

The begining of the parade began like most parades, with NY's Finest.

After watching the parade, we headed over to Central Park and had a picnic with the boys' Uncle Bill, Aunt Rika and cousins Tsubomi and Moe. We even found time to head over to the Merry-Go-Round (aka the Central Park Carousel).

Mom and Luke really enjoyed the ride.

Owen just woke up before this pic was taken, but we think he enjoyed his ride.

On Saturday, we went out to Long Island to see our nephew (& Sean's Godson) Chris play football. He's only in kindergarten, but he plays in a league with 2nd graders because there aren't enough kids his age to form a league.

Chris normally plays center and here he is "snapping" the ball to the QB.

Chris did such a good job playing center that they put him in at quarterback for a play. In this pic, Chris is receiving the handoff from the center.

Road Trip!

Since the weather has been getting nicer with each passing day, our boys have been able to escape our apartment and roam around the 'hood.

Here the boys are buckled up and ready to roll.

With all the toys the boys have, it seems diaper boxes are their favorite.

Future Marathoners...

At a recent meeting of the Junior Marathoners Club, things got a little rowdie.

Here, President Elan Rabiner had to be physically restrained by the West Poley boys after a member proposed using club funds to build a "Westside track".

Luke and Owen spent the rest of the weekend kicking back to watch an exciting Final Four. Go Illini!
