Let the festivities begin!

It's that time of year again, and the boys geared up for all the fun in PA and NY with a few preliminary parties here in Oxford.

The boys share some wild rounds of duck, duck, goose with friends, Eleanor and Chris.

They also engaged in some pizza-fueled mayhem with new friends, Brianna and Josh, and one of their favorite sitters, Emma!

At the end of the 2nd night of partying, the boys were ready to just kick back and relax with their other favorite sitter, Tina, along with Bri, Emma and Josh.

The ones that didn't make the cut...

Child photographers we are not, here are some of the pics that did not make the cut for our Christmas card this year.

Naked elves?

Can you guess who was naughty or nice?

Here we Go Steelers!

The boys (all three) recently had some fun rooting for their favorite football team.

With PapPap's prompting, the boys can now (almost) spell the name of their favorite guys in black and gold.

Luke visited an old friend this weekend and she (Abby) taught him how to tickle the old ivories.

Then it was over to Aunt Mar's where there was a house full of fun. Here the "old man" of the group, Cody, shows the boys and Abby how to ride.

Triplets? Courtney and Abby really have their hands full here with Big Ashton and the boys.

Gearing up for the Holidays

The boys have enjoyed getting ready for Christmas, and we are pleased to report that the shopping is done, the tree is decorated and the cookies are baked. (Alright, so we didn't bake any cookies. You try keeping two curious 16 month olds away from a hot oven. Anyway, our intentions were good.)

Owen practices for his big role in the first annual West Poley Christmas play. Not long out of the manger himself, he decided to forego the traditional gold, frankincense and myrrh and brought goldfish crackers instead.

Sporting a vintage "Ron West Auto" cap, Luke decided to practice for the Christmas festivities by kicking back with a good stiff drink.

Turkey x 2!

For a second year in a row, the boys devoured the turkey and all the trimmings.

Owen's gained a few inches, pounds and eating dexterity this past year!

Making his Daddy proud, Luke has turned into quite a meat eater.

The gang was all there. Actually only 44 relatives dined at Gramma and Grampa's this year. Slow Thanksgiving at the West house. Pictured above with Luke and Owen are Kelly and Ashley, along with Mandy and Hunter, Summer and Savannah, Gracie, Andrew, and Elise. (Way to go guys, you finally made the website!)

One of the best parts of having a house full of people were all the friends the boys had to play with. Here's Owen with his buddy Nathan.

And Luke with his best, non-human, friend Gidget!
