Santa Claus is coming to town...early?

Really it was Gramma and Grampa who came to town this week, bearing big and small presents, lots of kisses and a real live furry animal. Despite the inclement weather, everyone had a blast - Gram taught Mommy to knit and Luke to walk! Gramp showed Mommy how to make delicious Liverglace (the boys loved it!) Owen entertained the crowd with his expert walking, and Daddy won over the in-laws with his homemade pie and special country ribs!

"Ah, nothing like kicking back in our warm snuggly PJs with our Gram and Gramp!"

Despite days of rain, Gram kept the boys fully entertained. Here they are riding the Gramma express.

When the weather finally broke (late one evening as you can see), the boys were thrilled to finally be able to get out and play on the new climbing cube sent by their awesome cousin Missy.

Each night ended in the usual way, with a bath and a party...

And a big hug for Gidget!
