Father's Day 2009
This Father's Day I got a wake-up call from my three little troopers. This has become an annual tradition.
Cousin Tommy and his wife Cari came for a visit and no visit is complete without an arts and crafts project.
Here's Tommy working with Luke on creating a Miami hockey puck. Tommy's Goddaughter looks on in amazement.

Hodgepodge
Luke is a big eater, and he is the first kid I know who requests salad. The boy just loves his veggies!
The boys really enjoy hangin' with each other and sometimes they like to sleep in the same bed.
Here's Rory after she played in the sprinkler with Luke and their friend Katie.
We recently bought a tent and here we are trying it out in the living room. Hmm, now if Amy can get me to try it outdoors!
The boys' soccer season has come to an end. Here's the Tiger's team pic with coach Tom (girl's team) & coach Sean (boy's team).

Mountain Men...
The boys recently went to the Rec Ctr to play some soccer, do some climbing and go swimming. They were both looking forward to climbing, This was Luke's first time and he was psyched.
Here's Owen showing off his his mad climbing skills. He does a good job of keeping his body close to the wall. Look at that footwork!
Luke looked like a pro during his first climb. He was able to reach the top with no problem.
Mission accomplished!
Rory loved watching her brothers go climbing, but she was really looking forward to going swimming. Here she is stylin' in her bathing suit, waiting patiently to go hit the pool.

Take Me Out to the Ballgame...
Earlier this spring, we attended Miami University Day at the Cincinnati Reds game. The boys were psyched because it was also kids glove giveaway day!
I think Luke's favorite part of going to the ballpark is chowing down on the hot dogs.
After the game, the boys were able to go down on the field...
and they took a quick sprint around the bases. Here's Owen rounding second and heading for third.
Luke took his time running the bases. He wanted to make sure he did not miss a base.
The boys also spent some time warming up on the on-deck circle.

Are You Ready for Some Futbol?
The boys recently began playing soccer. Here the boys are warming up with a quick jog around the field. The boys are wearing orange jerseys. Luke is upfront, but can you find Owen (hint - he's #5).
Here's Owen getting some tips from coach Sean (Murray) on throw-ins.
Here's Luke after his first corner kick.
