The Knights of Oxford

The boys recently attended their friend Katie's birthday party and they had a blast. They left the party with plenty of loot. Here they are sporting their knight costumes and swords...


and they were quick to learn how to sword fight.



Here's chef Owen tenderizing a boneless leg of lamb.


He could not get enough of beating the heck out of it!


In addition to cooking, chef Owen is also an expert at eating.

Dinner with the RedHawks

We recently attended a dinner event that was hosted by the Miami RedHawks hockey team. The players were responsible for cooking the food and they also mingled with everyone.


Here's Owen with Brandon Smith and Luke with Tommy Wingles. Also pictured here are Michael Findorf (in the back) and Andy Miele (up front).


Here are the boys with one of their favorite players, and homeboy, Pat Canone. Pat is from Long Island, NY.


Luke's idol from last year's team (Ryan Jones) has since graduated and moved on to the NHL, so now his new favorite player is #22, Justin Vaive.


At 6 ft. 7 in., he can be quite the intimidator on the ice, but off the ice, he couldn't be any nicer to the boys. Luke always makes a point to say "hi" to him whenever he sees him and Amy says Justin makes a mean stir-fry.

More of Our Baby Doll...

While gram was here, she made sure Rory was always wearing her Sunday best.


Rory is now back to her old, smiling, happy self.


One of her favorite activities is bathtime...


while mealtime is a close second.

Gram & Gramps Visit Oxford

Ice Skating in Erie...

During Christmas break, we went ice skating. Here's Owen, Sean and Gracie.
