For Valentine's Day, Amy made the family a red velvet cake.
The kids helped ice the cake.
Owen thought licking the spoon was quite tasty!
This was the first time Amy made a layer cake and it was awesome. We (O.K., mostly I) finished the cake in 2 days! Here's Luke giving his sign of approval.

Well better late than never...Just got time to check the website and catch up now that Gramp is home from the hospital...I can attest that the red velvet cake is awesome as Amy brought one up to the Rehab Center and we treated all the family as they came to visit...Now I'm going to expect that cake when we come down to Oxford...Love you all, Gram
