Is that a watermelon under your shirt?

On the weekends, Amy makes me walk around the house with a watermelon under my shirt so that I can get some idea of what she is going through. Seriously, I don't know how she does it. She's a trooper!

Who needs Dionne when we've got Dotty?

Dotty West and her "Psychic Family Network" have been predicting "Any Day Now" since the 4th of July. I guess that makes her 0 for 21 as of today.


Here's a pic of Dotty checking her calendar. Dotty assured us, "My calendar is cleared June, July and August." At this rate, she may need to clear September!

How far do you live from here?

During our last visit with the doctor yesterday, he did not have much to say other than, "and how far do you live from here (the hospital)?" We were a little surprised by his question, but he didn't seem too concerned when we told him we live only a couple miles away. Amy is still hanging in there and she was told to just keep doing what she's doing and to come back next week. So stay tuned...
