Land Shark!

The boys had a blast celebrating Mommy's birthday at the Aquarium last week.

Here Owen decides to take a dip.

Luke jumps in next.

The highlight for Daddy was the tunnel of sharks. Wow, that was a close one.

Olympics 2022...Here They Come!

Our boys are already practicing for the 2022 Olympics. It looks like they want to be...bobsledders???

Here Owen practices pushing the "sled" while Luke shouts words of encouragement.

The boys like to spend their free time mapping out their training schedule.

After a tough day of training, the boys had dad cook them up some grub on the BBQ and pass it through the kitchen window. (Shades of South Ozone Park!)

...And BEARS, Oh My!

Halloween has come and gone, and the boys had a blast.

The feline duo teamed up with their bear-buddy, Chris, to form the perfect halloween trio.

Trick or Treat!

Despite our best efforts, the boys ate more candy that evening than they previously had in their entire lives. They can't help it, that sweet tooth is genetic!

Lions and Tigers and...

Happy Halloween! The boys have really enjoyed the Halloween festivities, so far. There has been so much to do and see and EAT here in Oxford!

They got their first taste of things to come when they opened up some fun mail from their Aunt Winnie. She sure has their number. She included candy, stickers and two homemade cards. We don't know if they are intellectuals, or what, but they liked the cards best of all!

On Thursday, the town hosts a big halloween parade of all the kids in costume. Despite their new-found freedom as walkers, Luke the Lion and Owen the Tiger decided stroll along the route.

Then on Friday, they visited Daddy's office for workplace trick or treating. Boy did they clean up!

Deciding that two heads are better than one, they overthrew Daddy, peeled off their hoods and got right to work.

After a hard day at the office, the boys kicked back for some fall fun.

Santa Claus is coming to town...early?

Really it was Gramma and Grampa who came to town this week, bearing big and small presents, lots of kisses and a real live furry animal. Despite the inclement weather, everyone had a blast - Gram taught Mommy to knit and Luke to walk! Gramp showed Mommy how to make delicious Liverglace (the boys loved it!) Owen entertained the crowd with his expert walking, and Daddy won over the in-laws with his homemade pie and special country ribs!

"Ah, nothing like kicking back in our warm snuggly PJs with our Gram and Gramp!"

Despite days of rain, Gram kept the boys fully entertained. Here they are riding the Gramma express.

When the weather finally broke (late one evening as you can see), the boys were thrilled to finally be able to get out and play on the new climbing cube sent by their awesome cousin Missy.

Each night ended in the usual way, with a bath and a party...

And a big hug for Gidget!
