Hi, Luke here. It is my turn to post some pictures. These are some of our pictures of our trip to Orlando. It was really fun!
It's Phineas and Ferb! And me, Owen & Rory! Hey, where's Perry?
Chip and Dale. Owen knocked down Chip because he was so excited to see him.
I always thought Spiderman was pretend, but he wasn't.
We told Captain America that we liked the Hulk and Captain America said, "Really? He has anger issues!"
I'm picking out my wand at Diagon Alley in Harry Potter World.
This was after we had a pillow fight with Mayor Clayton. It was sooooo great! I love being in pillow fights!

Me & the Family in Orlando
Hi, this is Owen. With the help of Darth Vader, Luke and I have taken over this website. We have decided to go to the dark side. Just kidding. We will be posting here sometimes. My first post is going to be about my trip to Orlando.
Me and Luke got captured by Darth Vader, but we escaped!
This is me and Luke meeting Buzz Lightyear. It was really cool!
This is me, Luke and Rory meeting Stitch. He is Awesome!
This is me, Luke, and Rory having a pillow fight with Mayor Clayton. He is in charge of Give Kids the World.
This is my star that I made. It is hanging in the castle at Give Kids the World. This star is gonna be there forever. I can't wait to visit and see my star again!
This is me and Luke having ice cream for breakfast. It was very yummy! We did it almost every day!

Orlando 2011
After a very long hiatus, we have finally returned to our home on the web. While it seems like we have neglected this site, we have been busy traveling and taking lots and lots of pictures. We are going to begin documenting our travels, and the boys will begin posting here as well.
While life has been extremely busy, we have been truly blessed. We have recently returned from our trip to Orlando, courtesy of the Make a Wish Foundation, to whom we are eternally grateful. Here's a picture of the kids with students from Miami University who helped coordinate our trip with Make A Wish.
We spent a week at the fantastic Give Kids the World (GKTW) resort.
We got to meet many fun characters during our time in Florida. Mickey and Minnie even paid a special visit to GKTW...
and we got to hang out and chat...
and of course, pose with Minnie.
There was so much to do and we all had a blast!
We will be posting more very soon. Stay tuned...

Frozen Four Here We Come!
Daddy and Luke were psyched to head to Minnesota for the Frozen Four.
Here's Luke skating on the official ice.
And posing in the penalty box.
Another shot of our NCAA star.
A giant highlight was watching Miami's own, Andy Miele win the Hobey Baker award.
A cute pic of our family's biggest hockey fans.
And a parting shot of Linus, Lucy and Luke :)

Looking Back...Starting With Our Most Recent Easter
Well, we've had quite a year and our posts have been intermittent at best. So here's our fist attempt to catch up. Easter was very meaningful this year. A symbol of rebirth for us all.
The kids started off their Easter weekend with a fun egg hunt at the park.
Here's the crew post-bath, doing some pre-Easter coloring of the eggs.
First lucky kid to find her basket in her shopping cart on Easter morning. She didn't waste any time diving in.
Second kid to find his basket. It took him a while to find his in the dryer, that tricky bunny.
Finally, the third kid finds his basket in his hockey bag. Boy, that bunny knows how to hide 'em.
All three with their post-find spoils.
Our cute crew after church.
The luckiest mom in the world (with lovely tulip antennae :)
The whole happy family at the homestead :)

3-2-1 Blastoff!
The kids were recently treated to their own personal NASA exhibition courtesy of our next door neighbor's sons. Luke & Owen were psyched that Sam and Matt made them both rockets of their own.
They even made Rory her own rocket!
The launch was serious business. Here Sam is setting up the launch camera (& the launch pad warning).
Rory was ready for the countdown.
The countdown, 10 - 9 - 8 ....
Here are the boys with their new friends, "rocket scientists," Sam and Matt. They even ran down the street to retrieve the rockets so the boys would have souvenirs. Everyone had a great time. A big thanks to Sam (Sr.) and Toni for hosting the exciting launch.

Jr. RedHawk of the Game
Yep, it has been a while. Life has been quite hectic, but we can't complain. We are truly blessed. We are going to try our best to update our site more frequently this year. Let's see how that goes...
First, we want to wish Grandpa all the best. He is the original superhero!
This past weekend, Luke was the Jr. RedHawk of the Game for the opening game of the Michigan vs. Miami series. Special thanks to Randy for capturing Luke's big moment!
Here's Luke taking the face-off against Chris Wideman. Luke's favorite player, Justin Vaive, dropped the puck. (Picture courtesy of Miami University Athletics)
Here's Luke from earlier this fall.
Luke's team, the Gators. Well, this is about half his team. The other half of the team did not make it to practice that day.
More pics coming real soon (probably on Saturday). Stay tuned...
